中药注射剂200例不良反应分析

目的:为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对广东惠州地区200例中药注射剂ADR报告进行回顾性分析。结果:200例ADR报告中,男性133例,明显高于女性67例(P<0.05);中老年患者使用中药注射剂发生ADR150例,明显高于其他年龄组的50例(P<0.01);一般的ADR发生率(60.0%)明显高于严重ADR发生率(7.5%)(P<0.01)。200例ADR中,皮肤及其附件损害高于循环系统损害、呼吸系统损害、骨骼系统损害、消化系统损害、神经系统损害(P均<0.01)。10～30min发生的ADR(33.5%)明显高于10min以内发生的ADR(12.0%)(P<0.05)。结论:中药注射剂ADR可发生在各个年龄段,涉及药物品种较多,以皮肤及其附件的损害最为多见。

Analysis of 200 ADR Cases Caused by TCM Injections

OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for rational use of drugs. METHODS： 200 ADR cases induced by TCM injection from Huizhou were analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS： Of total 200 ADR cases, 133 cases were male, which was significantly higher than females in 67 cases（P0.05）; 150 ADR cases induced by TCM injections occurred in middle-aged and old group, which was significantly higher than 50 cases of other age groups （P0.01）; the incidence of general ADR （60.0%） were significantly higher than the incidence of ADR （7.5%） （P0.01）; among 200 ADR cases, the incidence of the lesion of skin and its appendants were higher than other damage of circulatory system, respiratory system, skeletal system, digestive system, nervous system （P0.01）; the incidence of ADR at 0～30 min （33.5%） were significantly higher than that within 10 min （12.0%） （P0.05）. CONCLUSION： ADR induced by TCM injections occurs in various age groups. Many kinds of drugs are involved and main damage is lesion of skin and its appendants.
