辛夷鼻炎丸治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效观察

目的:观察辛夷鼻炎丸治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法:按照2∶1的比例选择2家医院2007年6月～2008年2月符合纳入标准的变应性鼻炎病例92例,其中1例属于脱落病例,将其余91例随机分为治疗组(61例)和对照组(30例)。治疗组口服辛夷鼻炎丸3 g,tid;对照组予以通窍鼻炎颗粒,2 g,tid。疗程均为4周。评价治疗后各项症状体征改变情况、起效时间及安全性。结果:治疗4周后,治疗组控显率为70.49%,有效率为93.44%;对照组控显率为73.33%,有效率为90.00%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组及对照组均未见不良事件,对血常规、肝肾功能指标未见不良影响。结论:辛夷鼻炎丸治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效与通窍鼻炎颗粒相当,2组治疗后的症状改善情况均优于治疗前,治疗组鼻部检查积分差值优于通窍鼻炎颗粒,且安全性好。

Clinical Observation of Xinyi Biyan Pills on Allergic Rhinitis

OBJECTIVE：To observe the clinical efficacy of Xinyi biyan pills on allergic rhinitis.METHODS：92 patients withcalalseersg icw rerhien irtains dowemrley caolllloecctateed df riontmo t2r ehaotsmpietnatl s grboetuwpe（enn =Ju6n1.）2a0n0d7 caonndt rFole b.g r2o0u0p8（nwit=h3 0a.）r atTiroe aotfm 2en∶t1.g r1o cuaps ew ewraes gsihveedn ooffr al,odthoesre 9o1f Xinyi biyan pills 3 g,tid.for 4 weeks;control group were given oral dose of Tongqiao biyan granules 2 g,tid.for 4 weeks.The change of vital sign,onset time and safety of drugs were evaluated in 2 groups after treatment.RESULTS：After 4 weeks of treatment,the effective rate in the treatment group was 70.49% and the total effective rate was 93.44%.The effective rate in the control group was 73.33% and the total effective rate was 90.00%.There was no significant difference（P0.05.） No adverse event was observed in 2 groups and Xinyi biyan pills didnt’ result in adverse effect on blood routine and index of liver and kidney function.CONCLUSION：Clinical efficacy of Xinyi biyan pills is same to that of Tongqiao biyan pills in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.The improvement of symptoms in 2 groups after treatment is better that before treatment.The symptom scales of treatment group is better than that of control group with sound safety.
