我院开展临床药物咨询服务的实践与思考

目的:探讨如何提高临床药物咨询服务质量,促进医院药学服务全方位开展。方法:整理、归纳我院2008～2009年830例/次临床药物咨询记录,从咨询药物类别、内容及人员情况等方面进行统计、分析。结果:目前的临床药物咨询工作有明显成效,但在咨询服务的内容、形式等方面都还有值得提高的地方。结论:临床药物咨询工作对于药物的安全、有效、经济、合理应用,减少药物不良事件,树立医院良好的形象都具有重要的意义。

Practice and Consideration of Clinical Pharmaceutical Counseling Service in Our Hospital

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the way to improve pharmaceutical counseling service and to promote the full range of hospital pharmaceutical care.METHODS：830 cases of clinical drug counseling records in our hospital were summarized and analyzed statistically in respects of category of drugs,content and personnel.RESULTS：At present,considerable achievement of clinical pharmaceutical counseling service had been achieved.However,some problems still deserved to improve.CONCLUSION：Clinical pharmaceutical counseling service has significant meaning to the safe,economical and？reasonable use of drugs,to reduce ADR,and to set up a good image of the hospital.
