小剂量米非司酮联合米索前列醇终止妊娠的疗效观察

目的:观察小剂量米非司酮联合米索前列醇终止妊娠的临床疗效。方法:2006年1月～2007年12月,将1682例要求药物终止妊娠的健康女性随机分为2组,治疗组892例,采用小剂量米非司酮联合米索前列醇终止妊娠;对照组790例,单用常规剂量米非司酮片(150mg)终止妊娠。结果:治疗组的完全流产率明显高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的中、重度疼痛发生率、阴道持续出血时间和出血量也明显少于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组用药过程中仅发生轻微不良反应。结论:小剂量米非司酮联合米索前列醇终止妊娠效果好,不良反应少。

Efficacy Observation of Small Dosage of Mifepristone Combined with Misoprostol for Pregnancy Termination

OBJECTIVE：To observe the clinical efficacy of small dose of mifepristone combined with misoprostol for pregnancy termination.METHODS：From Jan.2006 to Dec.2007, 1682 cases of healthy women requested medical termination of pregnancy were randomly divided into 2 groups.Treatment group were treated with small dose of mifepristone combined with misoprostol （892 cases） and control group were treated with 150 mg mifepristone （790 cases）.RESULTS：The complete abortion rate in treatment group was significantly higher than in control group, there was significant difference （P0.05）.The incidence of moderate to severe pain, vaginal bleeding time and blood volume in treatment group were significantly less than in control group, there were significant differences between 2 groups （P0.05）.Slight ADR had been observed in 2 groups during the treatment.CONCLUSION：The small dose of mifepristone combined with misoprostol is safe and effective method of terminating pregnancy with less ADR.
