摘    要:目的:建立测定复叶耳蕨根中重金属铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)含量的方法。方法:利用微波消解法处理样品,采用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定样品中Pb、Cd的含量。结果:复叶耳蕨根中Pb、Cd含量分别为2.209、0.215mg·kg-1。结论:该药材中检出一定量的有害重金属,但含量较低,未超出国家限量标准,符合《药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准》的有关规定。本方法简便,结果准确、可靠,可用于实际样品的测定。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To determine the content of plumbm(Pb) and cadmium(Cd) in the roots of Arachniodes exilis.ME-THODS:The samples were treated with microwave digestion.Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was adopted for the content determination of Pb and Cd in samples.RESULTS:The contents of Pb and Cd were 2.209 mg·kg^-1 and 0.215 mg·kg^-1 in the roots of A.exilis.CONCLUSION:Harmful heavy metals have been detected in the roots of A.exilis,which is in line with the limitation stated in the Green Trade Standard for Medicinal Plant and Preparations.This method is simple,accurate and reliable for the content determination of practical samples.
