我院2004～2009年中药注射剂应用分析

目的:了解我院近6年来中药注射剂的应用情况。方法:对我院2004～2009年中药注射剂的用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)等进行统计分析。结果:2004～2009年中药注射剂的用药金额年增长率分别为63.4%、123.0%、-1.6%、-12.5%、46.9%,心脑血管类、抗肿瘤类中药注射剂用药金额占了全部中药注射剂的90%以上;DDDs在2004～2005年占全部中药注射剂DDDs的60%左右,2006～2009年占全部中药注射剂DDDs的87%以上。单品种用药金额排序,参麦注射液6年来稳居前2位。6年来进入前10位的中药注射剂,心脑血管类、抗肿瘤类占了8位以上。结论:我院中药注射剂应用较为合理,销售总体呈增长趋势。

Analysis of the Utilization of TCM Injections in Our Hospital During the Period of 2004-2009

OBJECTIVE： To probe into the utilization of TCM injections in our hospital in the past six years. METHODS： The utilization of TCM injections in our hospital during 2004-2009 were analyzed in respect of consumption sum, DDDs and DDC, etc, RESULTS： Annual growth rates of consumption sum of TCM injection from 2004 to 2009 were 63.4%, 123.0%, - 1.6%, - 12.5 % and 46.9 %. The consumption sum of cardiovascular TCM injections and antineoplastic TCM injections accounted for more than 90% of total consumption sum of TCM injections. The DDDs of them was about 60% of the total TCM injections during 2004-2005, and was more than 87% of total TCM injections during 2006-2009. Sheumai injections took up the first two places in the list of consumption sum in the past six years. Among the top 10 medicines, the cardiovascular TCM injections and antineoplastic TCM injections had taken up more than 8 places. CONCLUSION： The utilization of TCM injections in our hospital is reasonable and shows an increased trend as a whole.
