新癀片联合阿奇霉素与0.1%阿达帕林凝胶治疗寻常型痤疮的疗效观察

目的:观察新癀片联合阿奇霉素、0.1%阿达帕林凝胶治疗寻常型痤疮的疗效。方法:将216例Ⅰ、Ⅱ度寻常型痤疮患者根据就诊顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组各108例。治疗组应用新癀片、阿奇霉素口服加外用0.1%阿达帕林凝胶进行治疗;对照组应用红霉素肠溶片口服加外用复方硫磺洗剂。疗程满6周后观察2组疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.2%,对照组总有效率为41.6%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。在6周的临床试验中,治疗组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:新癀片联合阿奇霉素、0.1%阿达帕林凝胶治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ度寻常型痤疮可明显缓解病情、缩短病程,且不良反应轻微。

Clinical Efficacy of Xinhuang Tablets Combined with Azithromycin Granules and Adapalene Gel in the Treatment of Acne Vulgaris

OBJECTIVE：To observe the clinical efficacy of Xinhuang tablets combined with Azithromycin granules and 0.1% Adapalene gel in the treatment of acne vulgaris.METHODS：216 patients with acne vulgaris were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to visiting order （n=108）.Experimental group were treated with oral administration of Xinhuang tablets and Azithromycin granules and 0.1% Adapalene gel for external use.Control group were treated with Erythromycin enteric-coated tablets and Compound sulfur lotion.Clinical efficacies of 2 groups were observed after 6 weeks.RESULTS：Total effective rate was 97.2% for experimental group and 41.6% for control group.There was significant difference between 2 groups （P0.01）.The incidence of adverse drug reactions （ADR） in experimental group were significantly different from control group （P0.05）.CONCLUSION：Xinhuang tablets combined with Azithromycin granules and 0.1% Adapalene gel have sound effect on acne vulgaris,but has little side-effects.
