石墨炉原子吸收法测定甘草中铅的不确定度分析

摘    要:目的:对石墨炉原子吸收法测定甘草中铅含量的不确定度进行分析,找出影响不确定度的因素。方法:用石墨炉原子吸收法测定甘草中铅的含量,并根据《测量不确定度评定与表示》中有关规定评定其不确定度。结果:取k=2(置信概率95%)获得测量结果的扩展不确定度。结论:本试验方法可为原子吸收分光光度法测定中药中重金属及有害元素含量的不确定度分析提供参考。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To analyze the uncertainty in the determination of plumbum in Glycyrrhiza uralensis by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. METHODS: Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine the content of plumbum in G. uralensis and the uncertainty of the determination was estimated according Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement. RESULTS: The expanded uncertainty was obtained (k=2, confidence probability of 95 % ). CONCLUSION: The study provides reference for analysis of uncertainty in the content determination of heavy metal and harmful elements in traditional Chinese medicines by atomic absorption spectrometry.
