医院开展药品不良反应或药品不良事件监测与处置的实践探讨

目的:探讨医院开展药品不良反应(ADR)或药品不良反应事件(ADE)监测与处置的方法。方法:分析医院开展ADR或ADE监测的意义和优势,探讨医院做好ADR或ADE监测和处置需建立的制度及措施。结果:医院应建立起ADR或ADE监测的组织保证和技术体系,根据本院的用药安全情况进行常规监测和重点监测;制定科学的处置制度和处置流程,采取相应的常态处置和应急处置。结论:医院通过建立科学的ADR或ADE监测与处置制度及措施,可以有效防范药品风险、保障公众用药安全。

Investigation on Monitoring and Disposal of Adverse Drug Reactions and Adverse Drug Events

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the monitoring methods and disposal methods of adverse drug reactions （ADR） or adverse drug events （ADE） in hospital.METHODS：The significance and predominance of ADR or ADE monitoring in hospital were introduced.Relevant monitoring system and disposal mechanism of ADR and ADE were investigated.RESULTS：Organization and technique support system for ADR or ADE monitoring were established.Routine monitoring and intensive monitoring were carried out according to the safety of drug use in our hospital.Scientific disposal system and procedure were set up.Routine disposal and emergency disposal were applied.CONCLUSION：Scientific ADR or ADE monitoring system and disposal measures should be set up to prevent drug risk and guarantee public safety.
