血必净注射液综合治疗重症急性胰腺炎疗效观察

目的:观察血必净注射液治疗重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)的疗效及毒副作用。方法:将65例SAP患者随机分为观察组和对照组。2组均给予常规治疗,观察组加用血必净注射液静脉滴注。观察2组腹痛和腹胀及恶心呕吐消失时间、白细胞和血淀粉酶恢复正常时间、临床疗效、并发症和毒副作用。结果:观察组总有效率、痊愈率明显高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05),并发症明显低于对照组(P<0.01);腹痛、腹胀及恶心呕吐消失时间,体温恢复正常时间,白细胞、血淀粉酶恢复正常时间显著短于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:血必净注射液可作为SAP综合治疗中的常规临床用药。

Clinical Efficacy of Xuebijing Injection in the Treatment of Severe Acute Pancreatitis

OBJECTIVE： To observe clinical efficacy and toxic effect of Xuebijing injection in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis.METHODS： 65 patients with severe acute pancreatitis （SAP） were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Both groups received routine therapy. Observation group were additionally given intravenous administration of Xuebijing injection. The time of abdominal pain and distension,nausea and vomiting disappearance and the total days of leukocyte and hemodlastase recovery of two groups were observed. Complication and toxic effect were also observed. RESULTS： Total effective rate and cure rate of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group （P0.01 or P0.05）. The occurrence of complication in observation group was lower than in control group strikingly （P0.01）; the time of abdominal pain and distension, nausea and vomiting disappearance, the time of body temperature recovery and the total days of leukocyte and hemodlastase recovery in observation group were significantly shorter than in control group （P0.01 or P0.05）. CONCLUSION： Xuebijing injection can be used as routine drug in the treatment of SAP in the clinic.
