灵芝颗粒质量标准研究

摘    要:目的:建立灵芝颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对方中灵芝、柴胡进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定五味子中五味子甲素、五味子乙素含量。结果:TLC斑点清晰,分离度好,阴性对照无干扰;五味子甲素进样量、五味子乙素进样量分别在0.060~0.60、0.082~0.82μg范围内与各自峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r分别为0.9996、0.9995);平均回收率分别为99.02%、99.06%,RSD分别为0.45%(n=6)、0.48%(n=6)。结论:定性定量方法快速、准确、专属性强,所建标准可用于灵芝颗粒的质量控制。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality standard of Lingzhi granules.METHODS:The qualitative identification of Ganoderma and Bupleuri Radix was carried out by TLC.The content of deoxyschizandrin and γ-Schisandrin in Schisandra chinensis was determined by HPLC.RESULTS:The TLC sports were fairy clear and separated well without interference of negative sample.The linear ranges were 0.060~0.60 μg for deoxyschizandrin(r=0.999 6),0.082~0.82 μg for γ-Schisandrin(r=0.999 5),respectively.The average recoveries were 99.02%(RSD=0.45%,n=6) and 99.06%(RSD=0.48%,n=6).CONCLUSION:The method is rapid,accurate and specific.It can be used for the quality control of Lingzhi granules.
