| 摘 要： | 目的:观察维拉帕米对急性胰腺炎(AP)患者的临床疗效。方法:选择2009年2月～2010年1月在我院采用内科保守治疗的80例轻症AP患者作为研究对象,随机分为2组各40例。对照组给予预防感染、抑制胰腺分泌、改善微循环等常规治疗;观察组在对照组基础上给予维拉帕米治疗。结果:治疗后,观察组血清中肿瘤坏死因子、白细胞介素-1、白细胞介素-6、一氧化氮均低于对照组(P<0.05);临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:维拉帕米可抑制炎性细胞因子的产生而提高对轻症AP患者的疗效。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：To observe the effect of verapamil in the treatment of acute pancreatitis.METHODS：80 cases with mild acute pancreatitis received medical conservative treatment in our hospital during 2009.2～2010.1.They were randomly divided into two groups.Control group：patients received normal basic treatment,such as infecting prevention,suppressing pancreatic secretion and improving microcirculation.Observation group：received verapamil based on control group.RESULTS：TNFα、IL1、 IL6、NO in serum of observation group after treatment was lower than of control group（P0.05.） The efficacy of observation group was better than of control group（P0.05.） CONCLUSION：Verapamil can improve the clinical efficacy of mild acute pancreatitis through inhibiting inflammatory cytokines. |
