| 摘 要： | 目的:为我国临床药师对糖尿病患者开展服务提供依据和参考。方法:总结国外临床药师为糖尿病患者提供药学服务的模式,分析了我国临床药师在这方面的不足,提出了我国临床药师在糖尿病患者综合治疗中的服务方向。结果与结论:针对糖尿病患者治疗影响因素多、血糖达标率低的现状,临床药师可借鉴国外临床药师的做法,为糖尿病患者提供个体化的药学服务。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：To provide reference for clinical pharmacist providing pharmaceutical care for diabetic patients. METHODS：The model of pharmaceutical care in foreign country was summarized and shortage of domestic pharmaceutical care was analyzed to put forward service orientation of systematic treatment in China. RESULTSCONCLUSION：Referring to experience of foreign clinical pharmacist,individual pharmaceutical care for diabetic patients is put forward for the condition of many influence factors and low attainment rate. |
