缬沙坦治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效观察

目的:观察缬沙坦对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者心功能的疗效。方法:选择CHF患者113例,随机分为2组,对照组采用常规治疗方案,观察组在此基础上加用缬沙坦。观察2组患者治疗前后心功能分级、左室舒张末内径(LVIDD),每博量(SV),每分心排量(CO),左心室射血分数(LVEF)及6min步行试验距离。结果:观察组心功能分级好转情况优于对照组(P<0.05);LVEF、SV、CO均有所增加,LVIDD缩小,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);6min步行试验距离明显长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:联合缬沙坦治疗CHF患者明显优于常规治疗,且可显著改善其预后。

Clinical Efficacy of Valsanan in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure

OBJECTIVE：To investigate effect of valsanan on heart function in patients with chronic heart failure（CHF）.METHODS：A total of 113 CHF patients were assigned into 2 groups.Both group received routine therapy and observation group were additionally treated with valsanan.Clinical efficacies of 2 groups before and after treatment were observed in terms of cardiac function classification,LVIDD,SV,CO,LVEF and 6 min walking test.RESULTS：In observation group,the incidence of improvement of the cardiac function was higher than in control group（P0.05）;the level of LVEF was increased significantly while LVEDD decreased,there were statistical significance in difference between 2 groups（P0.05）;the distance of 6 min walking test was obviously longer than in control group（P0.05）.CONCLUSION：Valsanan plus routine therapy is better than routine therapy alone in the treatment of chronic heart failure with good prognosis.
