| 摘 要： | 目的:研究麻芩止咳糖浆的镇咳、祛痰、平喘作用。方法:复制小鼠、豚鼠咳嗽模型,观察麻芩止咳糖浆的镇咳、祛痰、平喘作用。结果:麻芩止咳糖浆可延长浓氨水所诱发的咳嗽潜伏期,降低咳嗽频率,增加小鼠呼吸道酚红排量,并拮抗组胺所致哮喘。结论:麻芩止咳糖浆有明显的镇咳、祛痰、平喘作用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To study antitussive,expectorant and anti-asthmatic effect of Maqin zhike syrup.METHODS： Mice cough model and guinea pig cough model were established.Antitussive,expectorant and anti-asthmatic effects of Maqin zhike syrup were observed.RESULTS： Maqin zhike syrup could apparently prolong the coughing incubation period,reduced coughing frequency induced by ammonia,increased excretion of phenol red from the respiratory tract,resisted asthma caused by histamine.CONCLUSION： Maqin zhike syrup has obvious antitussive,expectorant and anti-asthmatic effect. |
