气滞胃痛颗粒的药效学研究

目的:研究气滞胃痛颗粒对大鼠离体胃、肠平滑肌的影响及其镇痛、抗炎作用。方法:以大鼠的离体胃、肠平滑肌条为模型,考察在正常克氏液条件下加入气滞胃痛颗粒后大鼠胃、肠平滑肌条收缩状况;以醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应为疼痛指标,观察气滞胃痛颗粒的镇痛作用;以小鼠耳二甲苯致炎模型考察气滞胃痛颗粒抗急性炎症作用。结果:气滞胃痛颗粒在20～160mg·mL-1浓度范围内能显著促进大鼠胃、肠平滑肌条的运动,200～280mg·mL-1浓度范围内可抑制大鼠胃、肠平滑肌条的运动。气滞胃痛颗粒在0.975、1.95、3.9g·kg-1剂量下给药可抑制小鼠扭体反应及二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀。结论:气滞胃痛颗粒对大鼠胃、肠平滑肌条的收缩具有双向调节作用,且具有明显镇痛、抗炎作用。

Study on Pharmacodynamics of Qizhi Weitong Granules

OBJECTIVE. To investigate the effect of Qizhi weitong granules on gastrointestinal smooth muscle and its analgesic and anti-inflammation effect in rats. METHODS： Isolated rat gastrointestinal smooth muscle was selected in the study to investigate the effects of Qizhi weitong granules on contraction of isolated rat gastrointestinal smooth muscle. The analgesic effect of Qizhi weitong granules was determined with acetic acid-induced mice writhing reaction as nociceptive index; the anti-inflammatory activity was evaluated with xylene-induced ear swelling model mice. RESULTS： Qizhi weitong granules with concentration range of 20-160mg·mL^-1 could significantly improve the movement of gastrointestinal smooth muscle in rats, but Qizhi weitong granules with concentration range of 20-160 mg·mL^-1 could inhibit the movement of gastrointestinal smooth muscle in rats. Qizhi weitong granules 0.975 ·kg^-1, 1.950 ·kg^-1 and 3.9 ·kg^-1 suppressed writhing reaction and the xylene-induced ear swelling in mice. CONCLUSION： Qizhi weitong granule has two-way regulation effect on the contraction of gastrointestinal smooth muscle and obvious analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect.
