摘    要:目的:建立以紫外分光光度法测定环己碘二甲酚含漱液中主药含量的方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,在244nm波长处测定吸光度。结果:环己碘二甲酚检测浓度线性范围为2.0~20μg·mL-(1r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.46%,RSD=0.58%(n=3)。结论:该方法简便、结果准确,重复性好,适用于该制剂的质量控制。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To establish a UV spectrophotometry method for the content determination of the main component in Cicliomenol gargle. METHODS: UV spectrophotometry was used. The absorption of the sample was measured at 244 nm. RESULTS: The linear range of cicliomenol was 2.0~20 μg·mL-1 (r=0.999 9) with an average recovery of 99.46% (RSD=0.58%, n=3). CONCLUSION: The established method is convenient, accurate, reproducible and suitable for quality control of Cicliomenol gargle.
