从文献计量学角度探讨我国临床药师工作开展状况

目的:了解我国临床药师工作的开展状况,为不断拓展临床药师工作提供参考。方法:检索有关临床药师工作文献428篇,采用文献计量学方法分析文献的发表时间、作者及其单位、期刊、研究内容、研究方法、课题资助等分布特点。结果:年均发文量为28.5篇,有关文献量呈逐年上升趋势。文献共涉及第一作者355人,第一作者单位295家;文献量≥4篇的核心作者有6人,文献量≥5篇的核心单位有9家;作者以上海、北京、山东、江苏、浙江、广东等6省市为最多,累计发文209篇,占48.8%;文献分布在116种生物医学期刊,其中《中国药房》、《药学服务与研究》、《中国药师》、《中国医院药学杂志》、《医药导报》为刊载临床药师工作相关文献的核心期刊,载文量最多的为《中国药房》;临床药师工作受基金资助的仅有8项;文献中研究方法主要以综述和实践报告为主,其中临床药师实践类文献自2002年后明显增多,实践工作涉及到17个临床科室。结论:自1994年以来,我国临床药师工作取得了一定进步,但临床药师实践工作仍处于探索阶段,有待进一步探索建立临床药师有效培养路径及其药学服务考核评价体系。

Study on the Development of Clinical Pharmacist Work in China by Bibliometrics

OBJECTIVE：To study the status quo of clinical pharmacist work in China,and to provide reference for the development of clinical pharmacist work.METHODS：428 pieces of literatures about clinical pharmacist work were retrieved and analyzed in respect of published time,authors and their units,the journals,research contents,research methods,funds of literatures by bibliometrics.RESULTS：The literatures amount in each year were 28.5 in average.The amount of literatures increased year by year.The number of first authors was 355,who came from 295 work units.There were 6 core authors whose literature volume was more than 4,there were 9 core units whose literature volume was more than 5.The first six areas were Shanghai,Beijing,Shandong,Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Guangdong in the list of literature volume,whose literatures reached 209 pieces in total,accounting for 48.8%.Literatures were published on 116 kinds of biomedical journals,especially core journals such as China Pharmacy,Pharmaceutical Care and Research,Chinese Pharmacist,Chinese Journal of Hospital Pharmacy and Medical Herald.China Pharmacy contained the largest amount of literatures.Only eight projects of clinical pharmacist work were supported by funds.The research methods of literatures mainly included review and practical report.The literatures of practical report significantly increased since 2002,which involved 17 clinical departments.CONCLUSION：Although the work of clinical pharmacists has made some progress since 1994,the practice work of clinical pharmacists in China is still at the exploration stage.It need further study to establish an effective training path and pharmaceutical care evaluation system for clinical pharmacists.
