| 摘 要： | 目的:建立以反相高效液相色谱法测定妇洁洗剂中小檗碱含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Agilent 1200 technologies XDB-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.02%磷酸二氢钾(45:55),流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为265nm。结果:小檗碱进样量在0.0296～0.2368μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9991);平均回收率为99.21%,RSD=1.10%(n=9)。结论:本法灵敏、简便、快速、准确、重复性好,可用于妇洁洗剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：To develop an RP-HPLC method for the content determination of berberine in Fujie lotion.METHODS：The separation was performed on Agilent 1200 technologies XDB-C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）column with acetonitrile-0.02%monobasic potassium phosphate（45：55）as mobile phase at flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1.The UV detection wavelength was set at 265nm.RESULTS：The linear range of berberine were 0.029 6～0.236 8μg（r=0.999 1）with an average recovery of 99.21%（RSD=1.10%,n=9）.CONCLUSION：Established method is sensitive,simple,rapid,accurate and reproducible for the quality control of Fujie lotion. |
