注射用头孢哌酮钠/舒巴坦钠不良反应文献分析

目的:探讨注射用头孢哌酮钠/舒巴坦钠所致不良反应(ADR)发生的一般规律及特点。方法:以"头孢哌酮钠/舒巴坦钠"为关键词,对《中国期刊全文数据库》收录的2000年1月～2010年1月的文献进行检索并查阅原文,共计121篇文献154例,并进行统计、分析。结果:注射用头孢哌酮钠/舒巴坦钠致ADR在60岁以上人群发生率较高(占36.36%),多发生于用药后10min内(占33.77%)。临床表现累及多个器官或系统,表现复杂,以变态反应为主(占42.21%)。11例死亡病例中,有9例死于过敏或过敏性休克,并且都在10min内发生。结论:临床医师、药师应重视注射用头孢哌酮钠/舒巴坦钠所致ADR,坚持合理用药。

Literature Analysis of Adverse Drug Reactions Caused by Cefoperazone Sodium/Sulbactam Sodium for Injection

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the general regularity and characteristics of adverse drug reactions（ADRs）resulted from Cefoperazone sodium/sulbactam sodium for injection. METHODS：With＂cefoperazone sodium/sulbactam sodium＂as key word,literatures were retrieved from CNKI from Jan. 2000 to Jan. 2010. 121 literatures including 154 cases were analyzed statistically. RESULTS：ADR induced by Cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium for injection more often occurred in patients older than 60（36.36%）and more often appeared within 10 min after medicatio（33.77%）. Clinical manifestations were organs and systems involved in ADR.Complex clinical manifestation were mainly allergic reaction（42.21%）. Among 11 death cases,9 cases dead from allergy and allergic shock within 10 min. CONCLUSION：Clinical physicians and pharmacists should pay attention to ADRs induced by Cefoperazone sodium/sulbactam sodium for injection to ensure ratinal use of drugs.
