摘    要:目的:研究白花丹参不同部位挥发油化学成分并进行比较。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取白花丹参根、茎、叶及花的挥发油,应用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术对各部位挥发油进行分析,利用面积归一化法分别计算各成分的相对质量分数。结果:从白花丹参根、茎、叶、花的挥发油中分别鉴定了39、33、21、28种成分。白花丹参根、茎、叶、花挥发油中主要化学成分差别很大,除大根香叶烯D为共有,且在茎、叶、花中相对质量分数都较高外,其它主要成分均不同。结论:本试验结果可为白花丹参的进一步开发利用提供依据。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To study and compare the chemical components of the volatile constituents from different parts of Salvia?miltiorrhiza.METHODS:The volatile oils were extracted from roots,stems,leaves and flower of S.?miltiorrhiza?by steam distillation.GC-MS was used to analyze chemical components.The relative content of each component was calculated by area normalization.RESULTS:39,33,21 and 28 kinds of chemical compositions were indentified in volatile oil from roots,stems,leaves and flowers of S.?miltiorrhiza respectively.The main chemical components from different parts of S.?miltiorrhiza were different from each other significantly.The main chemical components were quite different except the content of germacrene D in stems,leaves and flowers took up big proportion.CONCLUSION:The study provides reference for the further development of S.?miltiorrhiza.
