我院2008年铜绿假单胞菌感染及耐药情况分析

摘    要:目的:了解我院铜绿假单胞菌感染的高危因素及耐药情况,促进我院抗菌药物的合理应用。方法:回顾性分析我院2008年129例铜绿假单胞菌感染病例的高危因素及耐药情况。结果:有基础疾病、侵入性操作、前期使用抗菌药物和激素、入住重症监护病房、住院时间大于60d等高危因素的患者易发生铜绿假单胞菌感染;铜绿假单胞菌对阿米卡星(21.3%)的耐药率最低,其次是亚胺培南(30.2%),对头孢他啶、哌拉西林、头孢吡肟、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦的耐药率分别为70.6%、70.4%、62.3%、62.1%、61.0%。结论:我院铜绿假单胞菌多重耐药现象严重,药物选择困难,加强我院抗菌药物的合理应用势在必行。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To analyze the risk factors and drug resistance of pseudomonas aeruginosa infection in our hospital to promote rational use of antibacterials. METHODS:The risk factors and antibiotic resistance of 129 patients with pseudomonas aeruginosa infection in our hospital in 2008 were reviewed retrospectively. RESULTS:The risk factors of pseudomonas aeruginosa infection included chronic diseases,invasive procedures,previous treatment with antimicrobial drugs and hormones,ICU admission, hospital stay longer than 60 days etc. The drugs to which pseudomonas aeruginosa showing resistance in ascending order were ami-kacin(21.3%),imipenem(30.2%),and ceftazidime(70.6%),piperacillin(70.4%),cefepime(62.3%),piperacillin/tazobactam(62.1%),and cefoperazone /sulbactam(61.0%). CONCLUSION:Multi-drug resistance was serious for pseudomonas aeruginosa in our hospital,which resulted in difficulties in the choice of antibiotics. It is imperative to strengthen rational use of antimicrobial drugs in our hospital.
