| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨药学人员为临床医护人员和患者提供药学服务的工作模式和重要性。方法:对我院药学人员为临床医护人员和患者提供全方位药学服务的实践经验进行总结。结果与结论:医院药学只有建立"以人为本"的工作新模式,为临床医护人员和患者提供药学服务,才能实现药、医、护在医疗实践中的结合。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：To discuss the working pattern and importance of providing pharmaceutical care for medical staff and patients. METHODS：The practical experiences of providing integrated pharmaceutical care for medical staff and patients in our hospital were summarized. RESULTSCONCLUSION：Only new working pattern of human- oriented hospital pharmacy is established and pharmaceutical care for medical staff and patients is provided,does the combination of pharmacists,doctors and nurses in the medical practice realize. |
