| 摘 要： | 目的探讨千金妇康片治疗更年期综合征的作用机理。方法去卵巢法制备大鼠更年期综合征模型,测定模型大鼠血清E2、FSH、LH,下丘脑5-HT、NE、DA的含量变化。结果千金妇康片能显著增加对模型大鼠血清E2水平(P<0.01),降低血清FSH、LH水平(P<0.01),增加NE含量(P<0.01),增加肾上腺系数(P<0.05),对模型大鼠下丘脑5-HT含量有降低趋势。结论千金妇康片通过调节血清激素及下丘脑神经递质变化发挥治疗更年期综合征的作用。

| Abstract: | Objectives To investigate the effect of Qianjin Fukang Pills on menopause model rats. Methods The menopa- usal syndrome model was made by ovariectomized method, and the content of E2 , FSH, LH in serum and 5 - HT, NE, DA in hypo- thalamus of the model rats were analyzed. Results Qianjin Fukang Pills could significantly increase the level of E2 （ P 〈 0. 01 ） , decrease FSH, LH, 5 - HT levels （ P 〈 0. O1 ） and increase the content of NE in hypothalamus remarkably （ P 〈 0. O1 ）. The adrenal coefficient was increased （ P 〈 0. 0I ） , and the content of 5 - HT in hypothalamus of model rats had decreased tendency. Conclu- sion Qianjin Fukang Pills had therapeutic effect on menopausal syndrome by regulating the level of estrogen in serum and the change of monoamine - neurotransmitters in hypothalamus. |
