| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨颅脑外科手术后引流管的护理措施。方法:自2008年1月～2011年12月,我院98例患者颅脑外科手术后放置了引流管,探讨引流管护理的注意事项及相应对策。结果:94例患者安全度过围手术期,顺利拔管痊愈;1例引流不畅;1例发生颅内感染,经有效处置后控制。结论:颅脑外科术后,有效的引流管护理,是手术成功的关键和保证。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the nursing measures of drainage tube after neurosurgical operation.Results:From January 2008 to December 2011,98 patients were placed drainage tube after neurosurgical operation.Analyse the notes that should be paid attention to and its strategies.Results:After had been offered favourable nursing care,94 patients passed the peri operation period and removed the tubes successfully.One patient was inadequate drainage,and another one proceeded intracranial infeion and was under control after being treatment effectively.Conclusions:After neurosurgical operation,favourable nursing cares of drainage tube were very important for the success of operation. |
