早期手术内固定治疗多根多处肋骨骨折

目的:总结我科2007年～2011年手术行内固定治疗多根多处肋骨骨折患者治疗方法及治疗体会。方法:对我院2007年～2011年收治的33例多根多处肋骨骨折患者,分别采用钢丝内固定,钢板内固定,钛合金肋骨爪内固定这3种方法治疗,比较其治疗方式的优缺点,进行回顾性分析。结果:33例多根多处肋骨骨折患者均采用手术行内固定方式治疗,除2例因并发其他脏器严重损伤死亡,其余31例患者术后反常呼吸得到良好的纠正,呼吸情况均明显改善,术后16周～1年随访所有正常出院患者均能恢复正常工作。结论:治疗多根多处肋骨骨折行手术治疗可以取得良好的效果,但选择何种方式行内固定还需进一步探讨。

Internal Fixation of Multiple Ribs Fracture at Early Stage

Objective:To survey the internal fixation to cure multiple ribs fracture during 2007~2011 in our hospital.Methods: A retrospective study was made on 33 cases of multiple fracture of ribs hospitalized from 2007 to 2011 in our hospital treated with ordinary orthope-dics plate,acetabular recontruction plate or tension-band wire.Results:After the operation using internal fixation, two patients die from acute injury of other organs.31 patients got cure,the mediastinal swaying and low pulse oxygen saturation disappeared,the respiration function got well.From 16 weeks to one year,all 31 cases got well and went back to work.Conclusion: Internal fixation is an effective method to cure multiple fracture of ribs,but using which method need more discussion.
