| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨利用巴德平片及网塞行无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床价值。方法:回顾分析2010年我院收治并利用巴德平片及网塞行无张力疝修补术治疗98例腹股沟疝的临床资料。结果:98例患者均手术顺利,2例出现术后并发症,其余无术后不适及并发症。随访6～24个月,无1例复发。结论:无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of treating inguinal hernia with Bard Marlex mesh Perfix plug Tension-free hernia repair.Methods:Review and analysis the clinical data of 98 patients with inguinal hernias treated with Bard Marlex mesh Perfix plug technique in our hospital in 2010.Results:All the 98 patients’operations were finished successfully.After the operations,2 cases occurred the complications,others recovered well.There was no case with recurrence during following-up of 6 to 24 months. Conclusion:It has remarkable curative effect to treat inguinal hernia with tension-free hernia Repair.This therapy should be popularized in clinical application. |
