| 摘 要： | 目的建立和络舒肝片中芍药苷的含量测定方法,制定和完善其质量标准。方法采用高效液相色谱法,C18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(28∶72);检测波长:230 nm;流速1.0 mL.min-1;进样量20μL。结果芍药苷在0.09～0.81μg.mL-1浓度范围内线性关系良好,回归方程:Y=59 578.48X+7 285.2,r=0.999 8,加样回收率平均为98.70%(n=5),RSD=1.73%。结论用高效液相色谱法测定和络舒肝片的含量简便、准确、重复性好,是一种有效的质量控制手段。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Heluoshugan Tablets for the improve- ment of its quality standards. Methods HPLC was performed on Cls column with methanol - water（ 28：72 ） as mobile phase and the flow rate was 1.0 mL ·mL^1. The detection wavelength was 230 nm and the injection volume was 20 μL. Results Paeoni- flofin showed a good linear relationship in the range of O. 09 - 0. 81μg·mL^1 the regression equation was Y = 59 578.48X ＋ 7 285.2 （ r = 0. 999 8 ） , the average recovery was 98.70% （ n = 5 ） and the RSD was 1.73%. Conclusion This HPLC method was simple, accurate and reproducible, and it was effective for the quality control of Heluoshugan Tablets. |
