摘    要:目的:为了全面了解护理专业各层次护生对护理专业的认同程度,探求护理分层次教育的新途径,为健全护理教育管理体制、更新课程设置和教学内容,引进先进的教育理念以及培养学生的专业认同感提供思路,引导学生正确的认识护理专业。方法:对600名护生进行问卷调查,按照学历不同分为3组。其中本科生200名,大专生200名,中专生200名。并对调查的结果进行分析。结果:(1)3组中本科生组对于护理专业认同感最低。(2)3组护生普遍认为目前护理工作的社会地位不高,且对护理专业的发展信心不高。(3)有11.11%的护生表示毕业后将不再从事护理专业的工作。结论:教育者应注重护生的职业情感教育;对各学历层次护生要采取分层次教育;建设职业素质较高的教师队伍和完善的临床教学基地是培养优秀护生的重要基础。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the current situation of attitude to nursing by clinical nursing students in order to give some advice to improve the nursing education.Methods:A self-designed questionnaire was distributed to 600 nursing students who studied for the degree of technical secondary school,junior college and bachelor.Results:Conclusion:1.Bachelor students have a passive attitude to nursing work.2.Most of the investigated nursing students considered that their specialty do not own a reasonable social class now and will not be a better condition in the future.They show a little confidence in the development of nursing.3.There are investigated nursing students expressed that they will not take nursing as their work after they graduate.
