HPLC法测定心脉康颗粒中原儿茶酸的含量

目的建立心脉康颗粒中原儿茶酸的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Hypersil C18(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-冰乙酸(12∶88∶1.5),流速为1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长为260 nm,柱温为30℃。结果原儿茶酸在0.172 4～1.034 4μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9,n=6),平均加样回收率为98.12%,RSD为1.04%(n=6)。结论本法专属性强且简便准确,可用于心脉康颗粒的质量控制。

Determination of protocatechuic acid in Xinmaikang Granules by HPLC

Objective To establish a determination method for Xinmaikang Granules. Methods HPLC was performed on Hypersil C18 （4.6 mm × 200 mm,5μm） column. The mobile phase was methanol - water - acetic acid（ 12： 88：1.5 ） with the flow rate of 1.0 mL ·min^-1 , the detection wavelength was 260 nm and the column temperature was 30℃. Results Protocatechuic acid was linear within the range of O. 172 4 - 1. 034 4 μg（ r = 0. 999 9, n = 6） , the average recovery was 98.12% and the RSD was 1.04% （ n = 6 ）. Conclusion The method was simple and accurate with good specificity,which can be used for the determi- nation of Xinmaikang Granules.
