| 摘 要： | 目的:比较腹腔镜手术与开腹输卵管手术保守治疗输卵管妊娠对受孕的影响。方法:68例需行保守手术治疗有生育要求的输卵管妊娠的患者,分为腹腔镜手术组和开腹手术组,分别34例,比较2组的手术情况,并随访2组半年后的受孕情况。结果:与开腹手术组相比,腹腔镜手术组的手术时间、术中出血量以及住院时间均显著少于开腹手术组(P<0.05),术后保留输卵管通畅率以及受孕率也显著高于开腹手术组(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜保守治疗输卵管妊娠具创伤小、恢复快的特点,疗效确切,更适用于有生育要求的患者。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the fertilization situation of salpingocyesis patients half a year after laparoscope and laparotomy. Methods:68 cases of salpingocyesis patients were selected and divided into laparoscope group and laparotomy group.There were 34 cases in each group.The operation situation and the fertilization situation of the two groups were compared half a year after laparoscope and laparotomy.Results:The operation time,amount of bleeding and hospital stays in laparoscope group were shorter than laparotomy group(P<0.05).The unobstructed rate of oviduct and fertilization rate in laparoscope group were higher than laparotomy group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treating salpingocyesis by laparoscope is fewer traumas and quicker recover and is be appropriate for patients required gestation. |
