通脉颗粒长期毒性实验研究

摘    要:目的 :观察通脉颗粒对大鼠的长期毒性作用。方法 :大鼠用通脉颗粒连续灌胃给药 ,观察其一般情况、体重 ,进行血常规、血生化检测和主要脏器的病理组织学检查。结果 :给药期间及停药后大鼠的一般情况无异常 ,无动物死亡 ;体重增加值、血常规、血生化等指标均无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;各脏器的病理组织学检查无异常。结论 :各剂量组通脉颗粒未显示长期毒性作用。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the chronic toxicological effect of traditional medicine TongMai Granule on rats. Methods: Rats were administrated orally with TongMai Granule for 12 weeks, changes in the general condition and weight of rats were observed in the course of treatment; and changes in the blood-picture and blood-biochemistry and histopathology in leading organs were detected. Results: The general condition of all rats has no marked change and not a rat died; Compared with control group, no significant change in every index of experiment groups was found(P>0.05)and no notable histopathological change was observed. Conclusion: The results suggest that TongMai Granule has no chronic toxicological effect on rats.
