| 摘 要： | 目的：评价埃索美拉唑联合莫沙比利、阿普唑仑治疗功能性消化不良（Functional dyspepsia,FD）的临床效果。方法：于2006年1月至2009年12月选择100例FD患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用埃索美拉唑联合莫沙比利、阿普唑仑进行治疗,对照组采用埃索美拉唑联合莫沙比利治疗,疗程均为4周,分别于治疗前及治疗四周后进行FD症状评分和焦虑自测量表（SAS）评分,比较治疗前后FD临床症状及心理状况的改善情况。结果：两组患者治疗后疗效差别有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,治疗组疗效明显好于对照组。结论：精神心理障碍与FD的发生密切相关,在控制胃酸分泌和促胃肠动力的基础上应用改善精神心理障碍的药物可以有效改善FD症状。

| Abstract: | Objective：To evaluate the effects of esomeprazole mosapride,Alprazolam in the treatment of functional dyspepsia（Functional dyspepsia,FD）.Methods： 100 cases of FD were randomly divided into treatment group and control group from January in 2006 to December in 2009.The treatment group was administered with esomeprazole,mosapride,Alprazolam,and the control group was given esomeprazole and mosapride.The symptom score,SAS score were recorded and compared before treatment and after treatment for four weeks respectively.Results After treatment,the efficacy in treatment group significantly better than that in the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion： Psychiatric mental disorder and is closely related to the occurrence of FD,anti-anxiety drugs can be effectively improved the FD symptoms based in the control of gastric acid secretion and promote gastrointestinal motility. |
