摘    要:目的研究兔子腹主动脉纵向可伸长的特性以及应力与其应变位移的关系。方法用万能材料试验机对3只兔子的腹主动脉进行了一维拉伸的实验研究,测定应力与应变位移的曲线,计算血管的伸长率。结果在血管正常张力条件下,兔子腹主动脉的伸长率可达30%。结论兔子腹主动脉被拉伸延长时,伸长率在30%以下,张力不大,采用血管端端吻合术可以完成缝合。

Abstract:Objective To study longitudinally tensile properties and stress-strain relation of artery for anastomosis by stretching blood vessels.Methods The unidimensional stretch study was operated on the abdominal aorta of rabbit by universal material testing machine.Curves of stress-strain relation of the arteries were mensurated and the longitudinal elongation rate of the arteries was calculated.Results Under the condition that the tension of arteries was normal,the longitudinal elongation rate of rabbit abdominal aorta could reach 30%.Conclusions Vascular experimental studies prove that the rabbit's abdominal aorta was stretched within 30% elongation rate.The vessel is not tense,so that artery anastomosis can be performed successfully.
