脾脏淋巴瘤的彩超特征

目的：分析脾脏淋巴瘤的彩超特征,为临床分期、治疗和预后判断提供依据。方法：回顾性分析经病理证实的60例脾脏淋巴瘤患者超声图像。结果：60例脾脏淋巴瘤中,弥漫型7例,表现为弥漫性脾肿大,实质回声减低,分布不均,无明显结节;粟粒型36例,表现为脾脏轻度增大,其内弥漫分布粟粒样结节,密集处呈蜂窝状;结节型8例,表现为脾脏局限性增大,内见单个中低至极低回声实质性团块;混合型9例,表现为脾脏增大,脾内可见多个大小不一、形态不一的团块。结论：彩超检查对脾脏淋巴瘤的临床诊断与分期有一定意义。

DOPPLER ULTRASOUND CHARACTERISTIC OF SPLEEN LYMPHOMA

Objective：To analyze the Doppler Ultrasonic Characteristic of Spleen organ lymphoma and supply foundation for clinical stages,treatment and prognosis.Methods：We retrospectively analyzed 60 patients＇ ultrasonoscopys with spleen organ lymphoma which was approved by pathology.Results：There were 7 diffusive cases,36 millet lymphomas,8 cases of nodular type and 9 cases mixed type among these 60 lymphoma patients.For diffusive type,the feature was diffusive splenomegaly,and the reduced ultrasonic echo,uneven distribution and there were no obvious nodes.For millet lymphomas,the feature was spleen organ with slight enlargement and there were millet nodes which were alveolar while concentrated and diffusively distributed in spleen.For nodular type,the feature was spleen organ localized enlargement and there were single mid- low level or knockdown substance echoes.For mixed type,the feature was spleen organ enlargement,and there were many nodes with different sizes and different formations.Conclusion：Doppler Ultrasonic examination has a certain significance for clinical diagnose and clinical stages of spleen organ lymphoma.
