冠心丹参滴丸治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效观察

目的：冠心丹参滴丸与硝酸异山梨酯片治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效比较。方法：随机抽取120例冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的患者。治疗组60例：冠心丹参滴丸每次10粒,每日三次舌下含服,连续用药一个月。对照组60例：硝酸异山梨酯片10mg,每日三次舌下含服,连续用药一个月。然后观察冠心病心绞痛患者症状的缓解程度和静息状态下患者心电图的变化。结果：对不稳定型心绞痛疗效的比较两组有显著的差异,且P〈0.01,有统计学意义。这说明了治疗组的疗效优于对照组.心电图改善情况的比较两组有显著差异,P〈0.05治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论：冠心丹参滴丸对不稳定型心绞痛的症状改善及静息状态下心电图ST-T的恢复优于硝酸异山梨酯片,而且无任何毒副作用,患者的依从性较好。

GUANXIN DANSHEN PILLS IN THE TREATMENT OF UNSTABLE ANGINA PECTORIS

Objective：Compare the thenaputic effectiveneis betweenGuanxin Danshen dripping pill and isosorbide mononitrate tablets in treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Methods：a random sample of 120 cases of unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease patients.The treatment group 60 cases of Guanxin Danshen Dripping Pills;10 capsules each time,three times daily sublingual, continuous medication for a month.60 cases of the control group;isosorbide mononitrate tablets of 10 mg three times daily,sublingual, continuous medication for a month.Then observe patients with angina pectoris symptom relief and resting electrocardiographic.Results： the stable type angina pectoris curative effect comparison betwen two groups have significant difference,P 0.01,with statistical significance. This explains the curative effect of treatment group was superior to control group.Improving the situation of electrocardiogram compared between the two groups have significant difference,P 0.05 the curative effect in treatment group was superior to control group.Conclusion：Guanxin Danshen Dripping Pill on unstable angina pectoris symptom improvement and resting ECG ST -T is recovered better than isosorbide mononitrate tablets,and has no toxic side effect,patients show better compliance.
