植物雌激素在围绝经期妇女保健中的作用研究进展

围绝经期妇女因体内雌激素水平的下降,产生一系列相关的症状和并发症,如潮热、骨质疏松症、心血管疾病等,而长期的激素替代治疗可能会增加乳腺癌、子宫内膜癌的危险性。植物雌激素作为一种天然的激素,在围绝经期妇女保健中的作用逐渐被关注。本文综述了植物雌激素在围绝经期妇女保健中的作用,包括围绝经期妇女骨质疏松症的预防、缓解潮热、是否有抗癌作用以及长期应用是否会增加乳腺癌和子宫内膜癌的危险等。总体来说流行病学的资料提示植物雌激素在以上几个方面有一定作用,但实验研究的结果目前还不一致,尚需要大样本的随机对照实验来证实。

Phytoestrogen in the Care of Perimenopausal Women: Progress in Reserch

Perimenopausal women usually have a series of related symptoms and complications,such as tidal fever,osteoporosis and cardiovascular desease,with the decline of estrogen level.Long-term hormone replacement therapy(HRT)may,however,increase risk of breast cancer and endometrial cancer.So phytoestrogen,as a natural hormone,has gradually been become deeply concerned which has a good effect on the care of perimenopausal wemen.The article reviewes the effect of phytoestrogen in the care of perimenopausal women,including prevention of osteoporosis,relief of tidal fever and effect of anti-cancer and risk of endometrial cancer.
