| 摘 要： | 目的 研究Runx3、p27蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达以及与胃癌生物学行为的关系.方法 应用免疫组化SABC方法 ,检测Runx3、p27蛋白在8例正常胃黏膜、15例异型增生、47例胃癌组织中的表达.结果 (1)Runx3和p27在正常胃黏膜、异型增生及胃癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为87.5%、53.3%、36.2%和87.5%、66.7%、44.7%;Runx3的表达与胃癌的组织学类型、侵袭深度、淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05),p27的表达与胃癌侵袭深度、肿瘤临床分期及淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05).(2)Runx3与p27在正常胃黏膜(P<0.025,r=0.585 2)和胃癌组织中的表达呈正相关(P<0.05,r=0.426 4).结论 Runx3、p27表达在胃癌的发生、发展中起着不同程度的作用,联合检测Runx3和p27蛋白的表达更能反映胃癌的生物学行为,优于单项检测.
