膀胱尿路上皮细胞癌CD44s和CD44v8蛋白的表达及临床意义

目的：探讨CD44s和CD44v8蛋白在膀胱尿路上皮细胞癌中的表达及其与临床病理的相关性。方法：应用免疫组织化学技术检测60例膀胱尿路上皮细胞癌和10例正常膀胱黏膜CD44s和CD44v8蛋白的表达。结果：CD44s在正常膀胱黏膜及膀胱尿路上皮细胞癌中都有不同程度的表达，60例膀胱尿路上皮细胞癌中阳性表达是25例（41．7％），阳性表达与肿瘤的病理分级，TNM分期相关，而与肿瘤的复发，数量无相关性，且分型表达与病理分级相关。CD44v8在正常膀胱黏膜无表达，60例膀胱尿路上皮细胞癌中阳性表达是28例（46．7％），与肿瘤的病理分级，TNM分期相关，而与肿瘤的复发，数量无相关性。结论：BTCC组织中CD44s和CD44v8有’相关性，可作为判断膀胱尿路上皮细胞癌分级，分期的一个参考指标，联合检测可以可提高判断的敏感性。

Expression and Clinical Significance of CD44s and CD44v8 in Transitional Cell Carcinoma of Bladder

Objective： To investigate the expression of CD44s and CD44v8 proteins and their clinical significance in human bladder transitional cell carcinoma（BTCC）. Methods：Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the ex pression of CD44s and CD44v8 proteins in 60 cases of BTCC and 10 subjects of normal bladder mucosa. Results： CD44s has different level of expression in both normal bladder mucosa and BTCC. The positive expression of CD44s in BTCC was 25 cases（41.7%）. Positive rate and expression patterns were correlated with pathological grades and TNM stages, but no significant difference was observed in recurrence and number of tumor. CD44v8 was negative in all normal bladder mucosa. The positive expression in BTCC was 28 cases（46.7 % ）. Positive expression was correlated with pathological grades and TNM stages, but no significant difference was observed in recurrence and number of tumor. Conclusions：There is a relationship between the expression of CD44s and CD44v8 in BTCC, which could be useful indicator for the assessment of pathological grades or TNM stages of BTCC, combining detection can improve the sensitivity of diagnosis.
