| 摘 要： | 目的：评价彩色多普勒超声诊断心脏粘液瘤的价值及心脏粘液瘤的彩超表现。方法：对13例经手术病理证实的心脏粘液瘤患者的彩超表现进行回顾性分析。结果：13例患者彩超均作出正确诊断，共检出瘤体14个，定量及定性诊断符合率100％。其中左房好发，表现为相应房室腔内致密团状回声，有蒂与房室壁相连，随心脏舒缩上下移动，并有心脏血流动力学异常。结论：彩色多普勒超声不仅能对心脏粘液瘤作出定性及定量诊断，并能对其引起的心脏血流动力学改变进行分析，给临床手术提供帮助。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of color Doppler ultrasound (CDUS) in diagnosis of cardiac myxoma and its feature in CDUS.Methods 13 confirmed operatively and pathologically cardiac myxoma were studied retrospectively.Results The correct diagnosis rate for site and quanlity of CDUS was 100%.The site where tumors more located in was left atrium.A hyperechoic mass with a stem connecting to the wall of ventricle or atrium was found in ventricle or atrium.The mass moved up and down when the heart systoled or diastoled,and the hemodynamics of heart was found abnormal.Conclusions CDUS not only can diagnose and locate cardiac myxoma,but also can analyse the hemodynamic changes of heart caused by the tumor. |
