摘    要:目的 探讨小儿白血病经济、有效的治疗方法及预防医院感染费用 效益比。方法  10例白血病患儿分别在门急诊和病房各接受 4 0个疗程化疗 ,分析治疗成本构成 ;给予药物及消毒隔离等措施预防感染 ,探讨预防感染的费用 效益。结果 白血病患儿治疗的主要费用是药费 ,住院治疗时药费占 70 6 % ,门急诊治疗时药费占86 4 % ,在门急诊治疗的费用可降低 2 1 1% ,通过调整化疗方案可降低白血病的治疗费用 ;使用药物及消毒隔离措施预防感染后 ,医院感染率明显降低 ,取得大于 1 98的费用 效益比。结论 白血病治疗的主要费用是药费 ,在门急诊治疗可降低治疗费用 ;预防医院感染 ,可取得大于 1 98的费用 效益比

Abstract:Objective To investigate the cost effectiveness for preventing nosocomial infection of children with acute leukemia (AL) on chemotherapy. Methods 10 AL children receiving 40 courses of chemotherapy were enrolled in this study. The total cost on therapy, sterilization, isolation and the agents given were analyzed and the cost effectiveness was explored. Results The main cost was spent on the agents during the chemotherapy in AL children. The therapy cost in ward account for 70 6%, while the outpatient 86 4%. A 21 1% reduction in total cost could be achieved by outpatient therapy and a decrease in total cost could be obtained by adjusting the therapy regime. A 1 98 of cost effectiveness rate could be achieved by preventing the nosocomial infection. Conclusion The main cost spent during the chemotherapy was on the agents given. The total cost could be reduced by outpatient therapy. By preventing the nosocomial infection, a 1.98 of cost effectiveness rate could be obtained.
