摘    要:目的 对同年资合同护理人员与在编护理人员工资差异进行对比分析,探讨护理人员"同工"不"同酬"问题形成的原因与解决方法.方法 采用定量分析与定性研究相结合,对某三甲医院合同与在编护理人员的基本构成、工资情况进行横向和纵向的比较(定量资料的统计分析采用SAS8.2处理).结果 某三甲医院在编护理人员来院时间明显早于合同护理人员;合同护理人员与在编护理人员在最终学历构成上无差别,职称构成上差异有统计学意义;同职称护理人员的工资差异有统计学意义.结论 某三甲医院合同护理人员与在编人员存在"同工"不"同酬",其差异部分与政府的财政拨款部分大致相当.

Abstract:Objective To conduct the contrastive analysis on the pay difference between the permanent nurses and the contracted nurses with the same seniority and to look into the deeper reasons of unequal pay for equal work and its possible solution.Methods Combined qualitative and quantitative analytical methods were used to compare vertically and transversely the basic constituents and pay of the permanent nurses and contracted nurses in a grade 3A hospital.The data were statistically analyzed by SAS8.2.Results The service length of the permanent nurses was longer than that of the contracted nurses.But their final education background was alike.There was the statistical difference in profeesional title and pay between the permanent nurses and the contracted nurses.Conclusion Unequal pay for equal work exists in this grade 3A hosptail.The difference is roughly the same amount of the financial appropriations from the government.
