| 摘 要： | 尼帕病毒属于副粘病毒科病毒,可以引起人和猪等多种动物中枢神经系统、呼吸系统病变的急性、高度致死性传染性病毒性疾病,首次报道于1999年的马来群岛,再次暴发于东南亚,病死率高达40%,并且怀疑可以在人与人之间进行传播。本文综述了尼帕病毒侵入宿主细胞及其F蛋白介导的细胞融合机制的研究进展。

| Abstract: | Nipah virus belongs to the Paramyxoviridae family of viruses.Highly fatal and highly contagious,Nipah virus infection can cause acute symptoms of the central nervous system and respiratory system in animals such as pigs and humans.First reported in Malaysia in 1999,the viral infection broke out again in Southeast Asia with a mortality rate of over 40%.There are doubts as to whether the infection can be spread from person-to-person.This paper reviews research on the virus’ mechanism of invading host cells and cell fusion mediated by the F protein of the Nipah virus. |
