我院28例和文献414例维生素K_1注射液致过敏反应分析

目的:总结维生素K1注射液致过敏反应的发生规律和特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:收集我院2006年3月-2011年4月院内使用维生素K1注射液出现的过敏反应,并结合在中国期刊网上搜索到的维生素K1注射液致过敏反应的文献报道进行综合分析。结果:20～60岁出现过敏反应的比例较高,女性的发生率高于男性,中度过敏和轻度过敏反应发生频率较高。结论:维生素K1或吐温80可能是导致维生素K1注射液致过敏反应的主要因素,临床应给予重视,确保用药安全。

Literature Analysis of Allergic Reactions 414 Cases and 28 Cases in Our Hospital Induced by Vitamin K1 Injection

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the regularity and characteristics of Vitamin K1 injection-induced allergic reactions,and to provide reference for the safety of drug use in the clinic.METHODS:Vitamin K1 injection-induced allergic reactions were collected from our hospital during Mar.2006-Apr.2011.Combined with literatures and reports retrieved from CNKI in nearly 16 years,Vitamin K1 injection-induced allergic reactions were analyzed comprehensively.RESULTS:20 to 60 years took up the higher proportion,and allergic reactions were more common in female then in male.The high frequency of mild to moderate allergic reactions was observed.CONCLUSION:Vitamin K1 or Tween-80 may be a major factor to Vitamin K1 injection-induced allergic reactions,we should pay attention to these ADRs,in order to ensure safe drug use.
