心内直视手术预防性抗生素应用评价

目的：评价心内直视手术的预防性抗生素应用。方法：将２６例心内直视手术病人随机分为先锋霉素Ｖ组和菌必治组，规范应用预防性抗生素，进行临床效果观察。结果：两组术后感染率无统计学差别（Ｐ〉０．０５），且预防术后感染效果均较好。结论：规范应用预防性抗生素效果更佳，从卫生经济角度分析心内直视手术预防性抗生素选择先锋霉素Ｖ优于菌必治。

EVALUATION OF PROPHYLATIC ANTIBIOTIC USAGE IN THE OPEN HEART SURGERY

Objective: To evaluate efficiencies of the prophylatic antibiotic usage in the open heart surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass . Method: A consecutive series of 26 patients undergoing open heart operation were divicledinto 2 groups randomly and given Ce fazolin Sodium and Leftriaxone sodium respectively to compare their clinic efficiencies in the prophylatic antibiotics. Result: Both groups registereel no significance in the infection rates (P>0.05). The clinic efficiencies of prophylatic antibiotics Cefazolin sodium or Ceftriaxone sodium were both good. Conclusion: Our prophylatic antibiotic usage had fairly good clinic efficiencies in the cardiac surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass. However,the Cefazolin sodium seeins better than Ceftriaxone sodium in terms of economized medical treatment.
