柔脉胶囊抗动脉粥样硬化的实验研究

目的：探讨柔脉胶囊对动脉粥样硬化（ＡＳ）的防治作用。方法：以大白兔建立实验性ＡＳ模型，进行柔脉胶囊抗ＡＳ作用的模拟实验，分别进行免动脉大体形态和超微结构的病理观察。结果：大小剂量观察组主动脉内膜光滑，仅有许散在的点状脂纹，内皮细胞完整，仅有少量的泡沫细胞，内皮有少量增生的胶原纤维，弹力纤维及平滑肌细胞，细胞超微结构正常，尤以大剂量组作用更显著，有别于阳性对照组模型的ＡＳ病变。结论：柔脉胶囊有明显抗

THE EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF ANTIATHEROSCLEROTIC EFFECT OF ROU MAI CAPSULE

Objective: To observe the antiatherosclerotic effects of Rou Mai capsule on rabbit models of atherosclerosis. Methods: rabbit models of atherosclerosis were set up by giving high fat and cholesterol food for 40 days. At the same time, the rabbits were divided into the control group and two observation groups, the rabbits in the observation groups were given different doses of Rou Mai (Large dose:50% Rou Mai 4ml/kg; Small dose:25% Rou Mai 4ml/kg) respectively for 40 days. Then, the morphological changes in aortic intima of all the rabbts were observed by naked eye, with light microscopy and transmission microscopy. Results: The results showed that there were significant differences between the control group and the observation groups. The pathological change of the aortic intima was very severe showing typical atherosclerosis in the control group but slight in the observation groups. The aortic intima was smooth and intact and only slightly thick, and there were very few foam cells, proliferative collagenous fibrils and smooth muscle cells in the observation groups. Conclusions: Rou Mai capsule could decrease the injury of aortic atherosclerosis and reduce the fatty streaks on the aortic intima significantly. Especially, the effect of the large dose of Rou Mai was better than that of small dose. These results domonstrated that Rou Mai capsule possesses good antiatherosclerosis action.
