国槐尺蠖昆虫信息素组份的全合成新法(Ⅰ)

摘    要:目的:合成国槐尺蠖昆虫信息素两种组份(3Z,6Z,9Z-3,6,9-十七碳三烯(07)和(3Z,6Z,9Z)-3,6,9-十八碳三烯(09)。方法:Cu(I)相转移条件下,以丙炔醇为基本原料,末端炔的炳丙基化反应作为关键反应进行合成。结果:实现了主要组份07和09的全合成,收率良好,结论:合成新法解决了重排副反应问题,且新法具有区域选择性强,目标物收率高等优点。新法对进一步合成有关生物活性物质具

Abstract:Objective:To synthesize two main coponents of sex pheromone of the Macaria Elongaria Leech (3Z,6Z,9Z)-3,6,9-heptadectriene(07)and (3Z,6Z,9Z)-3,6,9-Octadectriene(09).Methods:The two components were synthesized with propynol as the basic raw materials and with the propargyl reaction of terminalal kyne under phase transfer condition in the presenee of Cu(I) salt as the key step.Results:Two components of the pheromone (07 and 09)were totally synthsized in good yield.Conclusions:This new method was able to resolve the problem of secondary reaction of rearrangement had good choice and strong collections of aim objects.The mothod has important significance for further synthesis of other bioloical active substances.
