摘    要:目的研究甲硝唑对大鼠深度烧伤创面愈合的影响。方法20只SD大鼠,随机分为两组,制成20%体表面积深度烫伤,实验组采用甲硝唑180mg/kg灌胃,对照组采用相同剂量1%羧甲基纤维素钠灌胃,每天1次直至创面愈合,观察创面愈合天数,光镜观察肉芽组织及胶原纤维生长情况,电镜观察成纤维细胞生长情况。结果大鼠全部存活。实验组创面愈合所需时间与对照组相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。伤后7d及14d光镜观察发现实验组肉芽组织及胶原纤维生长优于对照组,14d时实验组创面再上皮化的进程优于对照组。伤后14d时电镜观察发现实验组成纤维细胞生长优于对照组。结论口服甲硝唑可以加速烧伤创面的愈合。

Abstract:objective:to study the therapeutic effect of metronidazole on wound healing in partial thickness burn rats.methods:partial thickness burns with 20% of total body surface were made in 20 rats,which were randomly divided into 2 groups.the experimental group was treated with oralling metronidazole 180 mg/kg,and the control group was treated with the same dose of 1% carboxymethyl cellulose sodium solution,once a day until complete healing of the burned wound.the healing time were compared,the growth of granulation tissue and collagen fibers were evaluated under light microscope,and the growth of fibroblast were observed under transmission electron microscope.results:all rats survived until wound healings were completed.the healing time of experimental group were shorter than that of control group(p<0.05).light microscope observation showed that the growth of granulation tissue and collagen fibers of experimental group were much better than that of control group.transmission electron microscope showed that the fiberblast growth was obviously better in the experimental group.conclusion:the oral administration of metronidazole can promote wound healing of partial thickness burn.
