| 摘 要： | 对178例日本血吸虫病粪检阳性患者进行腹部超声检查,并以非血吸虫病流行区自然人群以1:3—16倍作年龄分层配对比较.结果显示粪检阳性者以门脉Ⅱ级分支外/内径比值和肝实质回声异常阳性率最高,分别为63.48%和60.67%,而对照者为0.45%和0.58%,其次为脾脏长度与指数的改变.粪检阳性者正常率为8.43%,对照者为90.31%.本研究提示腹部超声检查对日本血吸虫病的诊断有一定的特异性与敏感性.

| Abstract: | Abdominal Ultrasound examination was performed in 178 patients of Schistosomiasis japonica with positive-fecal-exam,and in the villagers from a non-endemic-area as control. Both of them were divided into 7 groups according to ages. The results showed that the abnormal-rate of outer/internal diameter ratio of second branch of portal vein and the rate of change in liver parenchyma in the pationts were 63.48% and 60.67% respectively, which were much higher than any other indications, but those of control were 0.45% and 0. 58% respsctively. The normal-rate of ultrasound measurement in positive-fecal-exam patients was 8. 43/0,but in control was 90. 31%. The results suggest that abdominal ultrasound examination may be specifity and sensitivity for diagnosis of Schistosomiasis japonica. |
