摘    要:目的建立紫外分光光度法测定四物汤传统汤剂中5-羟甲基糠醛含量的方法。方法通过测定吸光度,建立标准曲线法,建立浓度和吸光度值关系方程式,计算得不同煎煮时间时5-羟甲基糠醛的浓度。结果 5-羟甲基糠醛在5.262~26.310μg/ml呈良好的线性关系,γ=0.9998(n=5)。测得5-羟甲基糠醛浓度分别为:23.6480μg/ml、25.9654μg/ml、24.6716μg/ml。结论 5-羟甲基糠醛的含量在一定煎煮时间范围内随时间的延长而增加,在80 min时达到最大值。

Abstract:Objective To establish a UV spectrophotometry method for the determination of 5-hydroxy- methyl furfural (5-hmf) in the siwu decoctions. Methods The aniline ' s standard curve was determined through different absorbance with different concentration. The authors also acquired the relative equation be- tween absorbance and concentration. The concentrations of 5-HMF at decoction different times were calculated. Results the calibration curve was linear in the rang of ( 5. 262 - 26. 310 ) μg/ml, γ = 0. 9998 ( n = 5 ). The tested 5-HMF concentrations ranged from 23. 6480 μg/ml,25. 9654 μg/ml,24. 6716 μg/ml, respectively. Con- clusion 5-HMF content increased along with the decoction times extension. The concentrations of 5-HMF a- chieved the maximal at reaction time of 80 min.
